Finca Las Lavandas, Candeleda, a dream house with a large terrace, private pool surrounded by olive trees and views of Pico Almanzor.

At Las Lavandas you can enjoy nature, as the property is located within the Sierra de Gredos Regional Park and there are several hiking trails nearby that take you to dreamy places between rivers and snowy mountains. We also have a golf course nearby, natural pools and horse or quad rentals, among many other possible activities.

The house consists of a glass entrance that divides the two buildings, the one on the right houses the bedrooms and the one on the left the kitchen and living room area, including a huge terrace of 120 square meters with comfortable and large armchairs, a large wooden outdoor table covered with a vine and surrounded by lavender, rosemary and jasmine. The living room is very spacious and cozy, has a very careful decoration and direct views of Almanzor, the highest peak in Gredos at 2,591 meters and the entire nearby mountain range. It also has air conditioning and heating and a toilet.

The kitchen, fully equipped with everything a family could need, is connected to the living room in the same room, thus providing a great feeling of spaciousness, as the whole has more than 80 square meters and is decorated in a minimalist style, with a predominance of whites and light woods that alternate with the terracotta floor.

The sleeping area consists of a large TV room with armchairs and sofas, and three other rooms that together offer eight sleeping places, of which four are double beds and four are single beds. The main room has views of the Rosarito reservoir, air conditioning and a large private bathroom. The other rooms share another full bathroom. All rooms have ceiling fans and mosquito nets so you can sleep with the windows open and are fully equipped with bed linen, towels, etc. As a curious fact, the house has a complete drum kit and a telescope to see the stars in a very clear sky.



The property has about 1 ha of land where there are fruit trees (cherry, lemon, orange, apricot, plum, fig, prickly pear, etc.) and especially olive trees. The swimming pool (without enclosure for children), equipped with armchairs, hammocks and sun loungers and a pergola covered with white wisteria, has two different depths and is surrounded by beautiful olive trees. Few things are as relaxing as having a cocktail next to its waters at night looking at the stars, which are very clear there thanks to the dark and clear night sky.

Las Lavanda is probably one of the most beautiful houses in the Gredos Natural Park and your stay there is sure to be a dream come true. It is an essential refuge for disconnecting and therefore does not have a television, but it does have a screen with an HDMI connector so you can watch a movie from your computer.
